摘要
目的测定双丹滴丸中丹参素和原儿茶醛的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定双丹滴丸中丹参素和原儿茶醛的含量。采用Hypersil ODS色谱柱,以甲醇-乙睛-0.5%醋酸溶液(8∶2∶90)为流动相,流速1 mL/min,检测波长280 nm。结果丹参素和原儿茶醛的平均回收率分别为100.2%和99.68%,RSD分别为1.1%和1.2%。结论该方法简便,灵敏,准确,可作为双丹滴丸的质量控制方法。
Objective To determine salvianic acid A Pills. Methods The content determination of salvianic and pro acid A tocatechuic aldehyde in Shuangdan Dripping and protocatechuic aldehyde in Shuangdan Dripping Pills by HPLC on Hypersil ODS column. The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.5 %acetic acid(8 : 2 : 90)with 1 mL · min^- 1 Of flow rate, and the detection wavelength was at 280nm. Results The average recovery for salvianic acid A and protocatechuic aldehyde was 100.2% and 99.68% respectively; RSD was 1.1% and 1.2%, respectively. Conclusion The method was handy, delicacy, nicety and can be used for control quality of Shuangdan Dripping Pills.
