摘要
检测34例寻常性银屑病患者血脂、脂蛋白及载脂蛋白（apo）AI、B100水平。结果表明，银屑病患者血脂、脂蛋白及apoAI、B100与健康对照组比较均有非常显著性差异至极显著性差异（P＜0．01～0．001），进行期及皮损泛发者较静止期及皮损散在着改变显著，5年以上患者部分脂质指标略比5年以内者改变显著。
We analysed the blood lipid, lipoprotein,apolipoprotein AI (apo AI) and apolipoprotein B100 (apo B100) of 34 vulgaris psoriasis patients,and compared with normal controls. The resuit showed highly statistically different between the patients and controls (P<0.01 ～P<0. 001). The changes of the lipid,lipoprotein and apolopoprotein of the patients with progressive stage and skin extensive lesions were more apparent than those of static stage and skin sporadic lesions. The changes in the patients with psoriasis history more than 5 years were slightly apparent than those less than 5 years.
