摘要
利用环氧活性稀释剂乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(商品名JX-21)和环硫化剂硫脲合成了新型的环氧树脂活性稀释剂,并利用红外光谱等手段研究了产品分子结构。该类活性稀释剂和E-44环氧树脂进行复合并以甲基六氢邻苯二甲酸酐(MeHHPA)为固化剂,考察了固化物力学性能、吸水性及玻璃化温度等。
A new kind of episulfide-epoxy active diluent was synthesized with ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (JX-21) and thiourea. The products were characterized by IR spectrum for molecular structure And using MeHHPA as a hardener and composite the new diluents with epon-44, the cured material's properties, such as tensile strength, peeling strength, water absorption and glass transition temperature were also investigated.
