摘要
随着经济的发展,传统的交通经济带产业发展规划模式受到时代的挑战。本文以大连市旅顺北路为例,探讨新时期交通经济带产业规划方法,具体阐述了新时期交通经济带产业规划的理念、技术方法,并重点指出此种规划方法的创新之处即通过空间功能管制区(基本功能单元)的划分来推进规划,使规划落到实处,最后对该种规划方法进行总结。
With the development of economy, traditional industry planning mode of traffic economy belt is facing with more and more serious challenges. This paper took Road North Lvshun of Dalian as an example, probe into the method of traffic economy belt＇s industry planning in the new background, mainly explained its ideas and technology, especially pointed out that the innovation of this method is through the division of space function governance （basic function unit） to prompt the plan.
