摘要
采用流面条元法分析带材的三维塑性变形,影响系数法分析辊系的弹性变形,并将二者耦合,建立了4辊CVC轧机板形和板凸度的分析计算模型,并对4辊CVC热带钢连轧机的轧制过程进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,4辊CVC轧机具有很强的板凸度和较强的板形控制能力;建立的仿真模型实用可靠,仿真精度较高,为4辊CVC轧机热轧带材板形和板凸度的仿真与分析提供了理论基础。
The three-dimensional plastic deformation of strip were analyzed by stream surface strip element method, the elastic deformations of rolls were analyzed by influence coefficient method, the analyzing and computing model of shape and crown of the strip roiled on 4-high CVC mill were established by combining them, and the rolling process of hot strip on 4-high CVC continuous mills was simulated. The simulated results indicated that 4-high CVC mill has very strong shape control capability and relative strong crown control capability, and the established simulation model is practical and reliable, which has relative high simulation accuracy, thus the theoretical basis is provided for simulation and analysis of shape and crown of hot roiled strip on 4-high CVC mill.
