摘要
从中层管理者的人性需求角度分析了对中层管理者实行精神激励的重要性,并对中层管理者精神激励的实施进行了现实性分析,从整合中层管理者激励制度,实施中层管理者精神激励战略,构建多元化的精神激励网络,注重物质激励与精神激励的结合效用等方面提出了实施和完善中层管理者精神激励的对策建议。
Viewing from the middle-level management's demand of humanity, the article investigates the importance of moral incentive for middle-level management of enterprise and analyzes its feasibility. Some suggestions are provided as well from different aspects, such as the establishment of incentive system, the combination of material incentive and moral incentive, etc.
