摘要
为实现泉州市地下管线的数字化、信息化,利用GIS、物理探测、数字测绘等现代技术构建管线数据库,开发信息管理系统实现现代管理功能。本文通过研究,主要介绍了建立泉州市地下管线综合信息系统的结构、功能、网络建设以及运营管理的构思。
For the realization of digital and information - based underground pipeline in Quanzhou City , and make use. of the modern technique such as GIS, physical detection, the digital surveying and mapping, the pipeline database was constructed to develop information management system to carry out the modem management. This text introduces the establishment of underground pipeline in Quanzhou City, the structure, function, network of the comprehensive information system construction, and the conception of management.
