摘要
研究了不同质量浓度的PP333对欧李试管苗生长及生根的影响。试结果表明:PP333可抑制欧李试管苗的生长,使繁殖系数和嫩梢长度都受到影响。在继代培养时,培养基中加入0.1mg·L-1PP333有利于形成壮苗。当PP333质量浓度超过0.5mg·L-1L时,在常温下能达到种质保存的目的。生根培养基中加入0.10~0.05mg·L-1PP能明显诱导生根。
A study was conducted to determine effects of paclobutrazol ( PP333 ) with different concentrations on the growth and rooting of tissue cultured shoots of Prunus humilis. Results showed that PP333 could restrain the growth of cultured shoots and affect the breeding coefficient as well as the length of young shoots. Different concentrations of PP333 added to the subculture media had various effects. Young shoots were propitious to become stronger at 0. 1 mg · L^ - 1 of PP333, germ plasm could be stored at normal temperature with PP333 above 0. 5 mg · L^ - 1, and rooting media with the cuncentrations of PP333 between 0.01 and 0. 05 mg· L^ -1 could induce rooting obviously.
