摘要
为了了解生态资产及其服务功能动态过程,以锡林郭勒草地植被层的生物量作为草地资产的重要指标,以其吸收CO2、释放O2、为畜牧业提供饲草、为生态系统提供有机物的功能作为服务功能价值指标,进行动态模拟。结果表明:自从1992年以来,锡林郭勒草地生态系统植被层生物量生态资产及主要服务功能的价值呈现出增长态势,到2004年,生物量生态资产的价值为2421亿元,主要服务功能价值1902亿元/a,生态系统的替代价值达到10031亿元。根据模拟预测,2031年,锡林郭勒草地生态系统的主要生态经济价值将达到:生态资产(生物量)的宏观经济价值为2585亿元;主要服务功能的价值为1928亿元/a;生态系统的替代价值为10296亿元。
Dynamic simulation was conducted by taking undergrowth biomass in Shilin-Gaole grassland as the main factor of grassland capital, the functions of absorbing CO2 , releasing O2 , and providing forage grass for stockbreeding and organic matter for ecosystem as service value index. Result showed that the ecological assets of undergrowth biomass and the value of main service functions for ecosystem have been presenting increasing tendencies since 1992. The ecological assets value of biomass was 242.1 billion yuan, the main service value was 190.2 billion yuan and the substituted value for ecosystem was 1 003.1 billion yuan in the year of 2004. According to the simulation result, the primary ecological and economic values of Shilin-Gaole grassland ecosystem in the year of 2031 are as follows : the macroscopical economic value of biological assets (biomass) will be 258.5 billion yuan, the main service value 192.8 billion yuan, and the substituted value for the ecosystem will reach 1 029.6 billion yuan.
