精液中白细胞含量与男性不育的相关性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨精液中白细胞含量与男性不育的关系。方法采用正甲苯胺蓝过氧化物酶法对精液中白细胞进行定量测定并与精液参数、UU感染和AsAb进行相关分析。结果383例男性不育就诊者中106例精液白细胞>1"106个/mL,设为阳性组;277例精液白细胞≤1"106个/mL,设为阴性组;阳性组精子密度、精子活率(%)、a+b活力(%)、低渗肿胀率明显低于阴性组(P<0.05);而阳性组精子精子畸形率、精液黏度增高率、UU感染率和AsAb阳性率明显高于阴性组(P<0.05,P<0.01);两组精液量、精液pH值差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论精液中白细胞含量增高可影响精液质量,是男性不育的重要原因。 [Objective] To study the relationship between semen white blood cells concentration and male infertility. [Method] Staining for concentration of leukocytes in semen and to carry out correlation analysis with sperm parameter, UU infection and AsAb. [Results] Semen WBC 〉1 × 10^6/mL were 106 cases in 383 male infertility, set up into positive group; Semen WBC〈1 × 10^6/mL were 277 cases, set up into negative group; semen concentration, motility(%), a+b grade motile, the positive rate of Hyposmotic swellingtest in positive group were observed to be lower evidencely compared to negative group (P 〈0.05). In addition, higher abnormal morphological sperm, increased semen viscosity rate, the UU infection rate and AsAb Positive rate were observed in positive group (P 〈 0.05, P 〈0.01). Sperm volume and PH value were not significantly different between positive group and negative group (P 〉0.05). [Conclusion] Sperm WBC have effect on sperm quality.
