摘要
课题组通过文献查阅、政府网络搜索等方式收集、归纳整理美英两国公立医疗机构职工收入分配制度的资料,并运用收集到的资料分析了美英两国公立医疗机构职工的工资定位、工资级差、确定工资水平时所考虑的要素,以及具体的方法。分析结果表明,美英两国公立医疗机构职工工资定位较高,级差较大,知识要素对工资水平有着决定作用,两国职工工资水平计算方法可以为中国借鉴。
The literatures review had been employed to collect the information about the wage system of public hospitals in USA and UK. The project team used the collected information to analyze the fixed level of wage, factros to calculate wage and wage gap.The results are as foltows: the fixed level of wage was much higher than the average level of the society, the gap between different wage graed and levels was obvious, knowledge factor was emphasized among all kinds of factors to influence wage level.The methods to calculate wage for the employees in public hospitals in USA and UK could be referred by China.
