摘要
文章阐明了稀土永磁齿轮机构中的非线性问题,以及它的传动原理与结构,并且建立了该种齿轮传动的物理和数学模型。在此基础上采用有限元分析软件对永磁材料的磁导率为非线性时的一对永磁齿轮传动磁场进行了仿真分析,并对结果进行了分析总结。
The non-linear system, the transimission principle and structure of the thulium permanent magnetism gear wheel are expounded, and the physics model and mathematics model of this kind of gear transmission are set up. On this basis, as the permeability of permanent magnetism matyerial is non-linear, two gear wheel's magnetic field i s simulated with finite element software, and analysis of the result is carried on.
