摘要
目的了解白内障摘出多焦点人工晶状体植入术后的属光状态。方法我院行白内障摘出多焦点人工晶状体植入的老年性白内障21例(30眼),在术后3月均采用相同的标准,存暗窄用点状检影镜50em距离进行小瞳孔检影验光,并详细记录屈光度及矫正视力。结果近视14眼,其中9眼为单纯近视,5眼为近视散光;远视7眼,均为远视散光;混合性散光2眼;无屈光异常7眼。裸眼视力:远视力达1.0以上者19眼;0.4—0.8者11眼,其矫正视力有10眼达1.0以上,1眼为0.9。结论白内障摘出多焦点人工晶状体植入明显优于只提高远视力的单焦点人工晶状体。
Objective To analyse the refraction of eyes with multifoeal intraocular lens (MIOL) implantation. Methods In this study, 21 senile cataract patients (30 eyes) accepted phaeoemulsification and MIOL implantation. The patients included 11 men with 15 eyes and 10 women with 15 eyes .The refraction ws measured 3 months postoperatively. Retinoscopy with small pupil was used in refractive correction. The refraction and the corrected visual acuity were observed. Results Refractive errors were found in 23 eyes. The refraction types of these eyes ineluded simple myopia, simple myopic astigmatism, hyperopie astigmatism and mixed astigmatism. And the number of eyes with these refraction types were 9, 5, 7 and 2 respectively. Seven eyes had no refractive error. Uncorrected visual acuity in 19 eyes was 1.0 or better while the other 11 ones was 0.4 to 0.8, and their corrected visual acuity were better than i .0 except one was 0.9. Conclusion The diopter of refraction of eyes with MIOL implanted is low. The patients have good visual acuity and do near task more easily than the one with monofocal intraocular lens implanted.
