摘要
医学院校教师的职业倦怠是当前心理学界与医学教育界普遍关注的问题。它的存在会影响到教师的身心健康,影响到对医学生的教育,乃至于医学教育的改革与发展。专业基础课教学内容和服务对象的特点、学校人事考评与管理制度的不合理因素、教师自身存在的问题等因素交互作用,引发或加速医学院校专业基础课教师职业倦怠心理的产生。本文针对问题的成因,提出预防和缓解倦怠心理的几点建议。
The professional burnout of teachers teaching specialty courses at medical universities is an issue drawing concern in the field of psychology and medical education. It affects the teachers' physical and mental health, students' education, and even the reformation and development of medical education. The factors, which include the contents of medical specialty courses, students' characteristics, and the unreasonable system assessing teachers and managing teaching, interact, cause or accelerate teachers' burnout, Some suggestions are advanced to prevent or relieve the burnout.
