摘要
本文对含碳量2.19%和3.0%的白口铸铁进行了热塑性试验,并测定其在不同奥氏体化温度下的临界形变率,从而提供了白口铸铁热形变加工的有关工艺参数。对含碳量2.33%的白口铸铁进行了形变热处理试验,测定其在各种形变率下的机械性能和耐磨性。同时观察金相组织变化,求得机械性能与形变率之间的关系。文中对白口铸铁形变热处理强韧化机制作了论证和阐述,为进一步开展白口铸铁形变热处理的研究工作提供了理论基础。
The thermal plasticity of white cast iron with 2.19%C and 3.0%C was studied and the critical deformation rates under the various austeniti zation temperature were measured, thereby the concerned technology parameters about thermal deformation working of white cast iron have been provided. The deformation heat-treatment of white cast iron with 2.33%C was tested and mechanical properties and abrasion resistance at various deformation rate were measured, at the same time; the microstructures were examined, the relation between mechanical properties and deformation rate has been obtained. The toughening mechanism on deformation heat-treatment of white cast iron was di cussed in this paper, the theory base for further developing investigation work of deformation heat-treatment of white cast iron has been provided.
