摘要
目的了解大鼠感染广州管圆线虫后血清特异性IgG抗体水平的动态变化。方法用ELISA方法对感染后不同时间采集的大鼠血清进行抗广州管圆线虫IgG抗体滴度的检测,以了解其抗体水平的动态变化。并比较了感染血清经过或不经过2-巯基乙醇处理和给大鼠灌服吡喹酮的情况下,ELISA检测值的变化。结果大鼠感染广州管圆线虫后,其血清特异性IgG抗体水平随时间的推移而逐渐升高。用2-ME处理后各时点采集的感染大鼠血清OD值均较不加处理者有不同程度的提高。服药结束后第3d大鼠血清IgG抗体ELISA检测值约为未服药组感染大鼠的2·2倍。结论以2-ME处理的血清及服用吡喹酮能提高阳性检出率。
Objective To understand the dynamic changes of serum IgG level in rats infected with Angiostrongylus cantonensis, Methods The titer of IgG antibody to Angiostrongylus eantonensis from the sera collected was determined by using ELISA and the dynamic changes of IgG antibody were observed under condition of taking or without taking 2 - mereaptothanol and praziquantel, Results The level of specific antibody against Angiostrongylu.s cantonensis was gradually increased along with the progress of the time after infection. The OD values of sera collected at different time periods from infected rats after treated with ME - 2 were increased at various extent. A 2.2 folds increase of OD value of serum IgG antibody level was determined by ELISA in the rats taken the drog than those without taking the drug. Conclusion The positive detection rate can be enhanced after treated with 2 - mercaptothanol.
