摘要
采用较廉价的过硫酸铵引发剂,研究了壳聚糖与丙烯酰胺的接枝共聚反应,并对接枝产物进行了絮凝性能研究。结果表明,引发剂浓度为3 mmol/L,丙烯酰胺与壳聚糖的质量之比为2:1,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为3-3.5 h,冰乙酸的体积分数为1.5%时进行的接枝共聚反应,产物接枝率为133.40%、粘度大于 100 000 mPa·s,对模拟废水处理的透光率为99%,絮凝性能最佳。
Grafting co-polymerization of chitosan and acrylamide with inexpensive ammonium persulfate as initiator was studied and the property of flocculating of the co-polymerization product was also studied. Experimental results show that the grafting percentage is 133.40%, viscosity is highter than 100 000 mPa· s transmittance of treating simulated waste water is 99% and the property of flocculating is the best when the concentration of initiator is 3 mmol/L, the mass ratio of chitosan to acrylamide is 2: 1, reaction temperature is 30℃, reaction time is 3 -3.5 h and the volume fraction of glacial acetic acid is 1.5%.
