摘要
对棕榈丝的化学成分、纤维形态及制浆造纸的可行性进行了研究。结果表明:棕榈丝的灰分及抽出物均比蔗渣和杂交狼尾草低,Klason木素含量与蔗渣相当,综纤维素略高于蔗渣。纤维平均长度约为1.0mm,长度分布较为均匀,杂细胞含量相对较少。其硫酸盐法浆裂断长为6.12km,撕裂指数为5.74mN·m2/g。次氯酸盐单段漂后白度达79.9%ISO。其化学预浸机械法浆,可配加20%的针叶木本色浆生产箱纸板。
The fiber morphology and pulping and papermaking performances of oil palm's byproduct palm thread were investigated in this paper. Alse its main chemical composition was determined. The results showed that the ash content and the contents of cold water and hot water and 1% NaOH extractives were lower than that of bagasse and crossbred pennisetum, lignin content was lower than that of crossbred pennisetum but similar to that of bagasse. On the other hand, holocllulose content was a little higher than that of bagasse. The fiber length of the palm thread was relatively short with fiber average length of about 1.0 mm, however fiber length distribution was relatively uniform. The non-fiber cell content was relatively low. The breaking length of its kraft pulp was 6.12km, tear index was 5.74mN·m^2/g. The pulp of palm thread had a favorable bieachability. The brightness of the pulp reached 79.9 % ISO by using hypochlorite single stage bleaching. All the physical properties of the liner board manufactured with 80% of palm thread CTMP and 20% of unbleached kraft softwood pulp could meet the national standard.
