摘要
《建筑设计防火规范》(以下简称《建规》)没有明确规定商场营业厅疏散距离的大小,而《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》(以下简称《高规》)则有明确的规定。依据《商店建筑设计规范》规定的商场人员密度(折减50%)和《建规》规定的安全出口宽度,用FDS火灾模拟软件及人员疏散时间计算公式验证NFPA101的数值,结果表明人员疏散是安全的。建议《建规》在修编的过程中借鉴NFPA101规定的数值。
Evacuation distance in business hall is not prescribed in "Code of Design on Building Fire Protection and Prevention (CDBFPP)",but it is clearly introduced in the "Code for Fire Protection Design of Tall Buildings (CFPDTB)". It is suggested to adopt prescription of "CFPDTB" and increases by 25% when the building is equipped with auto-sprinkler system which is a general rule in "CDBFPP" during "CDBFPP" revision. Short distance of the rectangle shopping is too small according to the above viewpoint, so it is not suitable to build large shopping. But it is bigger in American NFPA101. Evacuation distance in business hall of NFPA101 is proved by FDS software and human evacuation time formula according to personnel density prescribed in "Code of Design on Shopping" (discount 50%) and width of safety exit in business hall prescribed by "CDBFPP". Simulation result shows that occupants' evacuation is safe. The distance value prescribed in NFPA101 can be consulted when "CDBFPP" is revision.
