摘要
城市的快速发展带来城市水灾害日益严重和水资源严重匮乏的问题。根据各国开发新型的给排水系统的经验,从增加地面渗透能力和建立蓄水设施,提高城市对雨、洪的调节能力入手,提出适合我国国情的雨水综合利用系统,实现提高渗透能力以补充地下水,实现蓄水—中水利用设施相结合,从而改善城市生态环境,有力保证城市可持续发展。
the fast development of urban brings about the problems of increasingly serious urban water -calamity and serious shortage in water resource. With the experience of newly-developed water supply and sewerage systern in others countries, starting with increasing the ground penetration capacity and upbuilding the reservoir appliance, improving the capacity against the rainwater and flood, this paper puts forward a rainwater comprehensive utilization system suit to China's condition, by means of increasing the ground penetration capacity to supply the underground water, realizes that the reservoir connects with the utilization appliance, so as to improve the urban ecological condition and ensure effectively the cities' sustainable development.
