摘要 利用共价交联在PCR管上的瓜核苷酸作为固相引物进行PCR扩增,扩增产物可分为固定在管壁上的固相产物和游离在液体中的液相产物。分别对两种产物进行检测分析,进行双重检测,灵敏度高,可靠性强,易于操作,是适合推广的一种转基因大豆检测的快速方法。 With oligonucleotide as the solid phase primer, amplification of the sample was conducted by PCR with covalent cross- linking. The product could be separated as the solid phase product on the wall of the tube and the liquid phase product dissociated in the liquid. Both of the products were analyzed by PCR - ELISA. This method was highly sensitive, reliable, and easy to operate. It is an applicable and practical method for the analysis of transgenic soybean.
