摘要
在炉跟机协调控制方式下,根据能量守衡定律进行机前主蒸汽压力的闭环调节,PID参数经过多次整定后,机前主蒸汽压力的波动仍然超标,经过系统地分析后,对调节器的输出端进行前馈叠加,引入一阶惯性环节和实际微分环节,克服了系统的扰动,满足了调整的要求。
Under the coordinating control to boiler and turbine, according to the energy conservation law, the pressure of main steam before entering turbine is regulated by closed cycle control. PID parameter has been set-ted for many times,but the pressure of main steam still exceeded standard. After systematic analysis, the feedforward to the output end of the regulator is proposed;first order inertia link and real differential link are introduced. The systematic perturbation is overcome, and the pressure regulating system has meeted the demand of adjustment.
