摘要
麦金太尔认为,休谟的同情是一种“哲学虚构”,因此他的正义理论的建构是失败的。文章在麦金太尔对休谟批判的基础上进行探讨,从整体性和发展性的角度来解读休谟的正义观。
MacIntyre thinks that the sympathy of Hume is one kind of“philosophlcal hypothesis”,so his constuctive to theory of justice failed. I carry on the discussion on the basis of the thing that MacIntyre criticized Hume＇ s justice and understand the view of Hume＇ s justice from globality and expansionary angle.
