摘要
报道了一种新开发的多功能高分子材料改性剂———分子组装纳米氧化锌。论述了其合成路线,确定了分子结构,并进行了性能测试。实验结果表明:PEM中存在的酯键证明癸二酸已经与氧化锌形成键合,PEEM、PEEAM中存在的醚键和酰胺键,表明嵌段共聚的存在,组装成功。测试结果表明:这种改性剂具有良好的稳定性、抗静电、抗菌、吸湿等功能。
This paper presents a newly developed multi-function polymer modifier, molecular assembly nano ZnO. its synthesis process, molecular structure identification, and properties determination are detailed. Experiments reveal that the successfulness of the assembly is verified by the existence of ester links in PEM, sebacic linked with ZnO; and the existence of polyblock. With ether links and amide links in PEEM, PEEAM. Measurement results exhibit the superior performances of this modifier in stability, anti-static, antl-bacterium, and moisture absorption.
