摘要
在日益剧烈的国际竞争环境中,培育和提升基于隐性知识的核心竞争力是高校获得持续竞争优势的关键。系统分析了基于隐性知识的高校核心竞争力的内涵、特征及构成要素,并结合中国高校的实际状况,从知识管理和战略管理角度较详细地探讨了基于隐性知识高校核心竞争力的提升策略。
In unstable international competitive environment, cultivating and promoting the core competence based on tacit knowledge is the key to acquire sustaining competitive advantage for universities. The paper analyses the connotation, characteristics, and inscapes of the university core competence based on tacit knowledge systematically. And combined the realities of China universities, the paper discusses some promoting strategies of the university core competence based on tacit knowledge from viewpoint of Knowledge Management and Strategy Management in detail.
