摘要
萤石与伴生含钙矿物的浮选分离是国内、国外选矿工作者长期研究急待解决的难题.采用我们推出的由水玻璃与多种药剂配制而成的“H”系列调整剂组合物(中国发明专利91112718.6)不仅能使萤石与方解石有效分离,而且可从萤石、柘榴石、白钨矿、辉石、方解石等复杂矿石中选择性地浮出合格萤石精矿.品位从17.54%CaF2(给矿)提高到97.58%CaF2(精矿),回收率60.37%,超过同类矿石“八五”攻关规定指标.
The separation of fluorite from the associated Ca-bearing minerals by flotation is a difficult dilemma to be solved urgently and has been studied for a long time by mineral processing workers at home and abroad. By the use of our'H'series regulator combination (Chinese Invention Patent No. 91112718. 6) formulated by water glass and other reagents, not only can fluoride be effectively separated from calcite, but qualified fluorite concentrate can be selectively floated out from the complicated ores like fluorite, garnet,sheelite, pyroxene, calcite, etc.. The grade of the concentrate has been increased from 17. 54% CaF, (feed) to 97. 58 %CaF, (concentrate) with the recovery of 60. 37 %, which have surpassed the indexes stipulated for n the eighth five-year plan' key task for the ores of the same kind.
