职业自我效能的影响因素及提高策略 被引量:8

摘要 职业自我效能是影响大学生职业发展的一个重要因素,本文针对影响职业自我效能的几个因素进行了分析,这些因素包括个体的归因方式、个体对活动的自我监控偏好、个体所持的能力观、目标设置状况、父母的支持、依恋类型、性别等,本文作者提出了几个有效增强职业自我效能的策略,以期对大学生提供实际的帮助。
