摘要
房地产业是国民经济的基础性、先导性、支柱性行业,房地产业能否健康持续发展,关系国计民生,影响子孙后代。本文阐述了房地产业可持续发展的内涵,分析了当前房地产业反可持续发展的现状和此现象产生的主要原因,提出了房地产业可持续发展的建议。
Real estate industry is a basic, precursory, supportable industry. Whether real estate industry develops healthily or not is vital to our country and descendants. The paper explains the concept on real estate sustainable development. Then it analyses the present situation that is bad for real estate sustainable development and the main reasons why it happens. The paper finally puts forward sustainable development suggestions.
