摘要
政治冷漠已成为中国政治民主化进程中的一个严重障碍,而导致这一现象的原因很多,来自体制方面的就是其中重要的诱发因素之一。这一诱因主要包括:政治体制过分集权、参与制度缺陷明显、社会团体缺乏自主、国家宪法作用不力、政治目标模糊不清等。
Stoniness in politics has been a barrier in the way to democratic of Chinese politics. Many reasons can lead to the phenomenon, of which the reason from system is one of the important factors. The following is included in it： excessively concentrated power in politics system, outstanding shortcoming in participation system, lack of independence on partly in society, poor effect of national constitution, dimness of the political aim, and so on.
