摘要
坚持科学发展观,实施“科教兴国”、“人才强国”战略,迫切地要求地方公办普通高等院校准确定位,但目前,一些地方公办普通高等院校还存在对当地发展的实际需要重视不够,定位不准确问题。针对该问题,对地方公办普通高等院校必须准确定位的主要原因和影响因素进行分析,并在此基础上提出对策对教育事业的发展具有重要意义。
Sticking to the scientific developing conception and rejuvenating our country through science and education, Chinese talent strategy require the correct localization of the local public normal universities. But at present, many local public normal universities pay little attention to the real need of the local development and can＇t localize themselves correctly. So this paper aims to briefly describe the main reasom why the local public normal universities should have correct localization and explain its＇ influential factors. Finally the ways of how to make correct localization are also explored.
