摘要
描述了生土结构房屋中夯土墙的施工过程、材料要求,土坯的制作过程、砌筑方法。介绍了生土结构房屋的建筑形式,整体施工工艺以及墙体防水、墙角加固等一些民间措施。肯定了传统建房工艺的科学性和合理性,也指出了按传统施工工艺建造的生土结构房屋在抗震性能方面的不足。提出若在施工中采取一些墙体拉结措施,改变传统的土坯砌法和调整一些建房的施工工序,即可明显改善房屋的受力性能和抗震性能,为编制村镇抗震规程中生土结构房屋抗震技术措施提供参考。
The construction process and material requiring of the rammed earth wall on raw-soil structure are described in this paper. The manufacture process and laying of the adobe brick on such building are discussed. The building form and construction craft are presented. Some conventional measures such as waterproofed the wall and reinforced the corner are presented. The scientific and rationality of the traditional building method are affirmed. The insufficiencies on seismic behavior of the building that was constructed by traditional method are pointed out. Some measures such as strengthening the wall drawing, changing the traditional laying way of the adobe brick and adjusting the construction procedure are suggested aimed to improve the mechanics performance and enhance the earthquake resistant capacity. The work of this paper offers reference for working out anti-seismic technological measure of raw - soil structure buildings, which as a part of code for seismic of village and town buildings.
