顺-1-环己基-1,2-环己二醇的合成

SYNTHESIS AND SPECTRAL ANALYSIS OF cis-1-CYCLOHEXYL-1,2-CYCLOHEXANEDIOL

摘要 研究了顺-1-环己基-1,2-环己二醇的合成新工艺。先用格氏试剂1-环己基溴化镁和环己酮反应制得环己醇,醇脱水后生成α-位取代的环己烯,最后用甲酸-过氧化氢氧化制得顺-1-环己基-1,2-环己二醇。产物用元素分析、红外光谱与^1H NMR进行了表征。产物熔点90~91℃,收率为29%。 1-cyclohexyl-cyclohexanol was prepared by the reaction of grignard reagent and cyclohexanone and the product was then dehydrated to give 1-cyclohexyl-1,2-cyclohexene. cis-1-cyclohexyl-1, 2-cyclohexandiol was obtained by the oxidization of 1-cyclohexyl cyclohexene with hydrogen peroxide. The melting point(90 -91℃) of the product was the same as the reported value. The elemental analysis, IR and ^1H NMR data all indicated that the target compound was prepared.
