摘要
通过对机床整机有限元模型的动力学分析,找出对整机动态性能影响最大的主振型,并以这些振型的模态参数进行抑制振动的调谐阻尼器的设计。通过分析可以看出,在原结构模型上安装该调谐阻尼器后,整机的动态性能得到了进一步的提高。
The dynamic analysis of the machining center is carried out by the FEM in this paper. The main modes, which mostly influence the characteristics of the machining center, are identified. Further more, tuned dampers based on the modal parameters of these modes are designed to suppress the machine vibration. It is clear from the analysis that the dynamic properties of the machine have been improved by installing the tuned dampers on it.
