摘要
在催化剂和分散剂存在的条件下,用3,3,′5,5′-四甲基-4,4′-联苯二酚和环氧氯丙烷缩聚,合成一种新的含联苯结构的酚氧树脂.用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、热失重分析仪、动态力学分析仪和电子拉力机对聚合物进行了分析和性能研究.结果表明,这种新型酚氧树脂在热性能方面比双酚A型酚氧树脂有较大提高.
A kind of novel phenoxy resin derived from 3,3' ,5,5'-tetramethyl-4,4'-dihydroxybiphenyl and the epichlorohydrin was synthesized with catalyst and dispersant. VTIR and ^1H NMR spectra were performed to characterize the structure of the resin. The analysis results indicate that the structure answers our design. In addition, the thermal properties of the resin were studied by DMA and TGA analysis. According to these results, due to the molecular structure containing biphenyl groups in the resin the conformational entropy of chain segment of the polymer depressed effectively and the Tg increased. The resin characterized in the article also has adequate physical property and good solubility in some solvents.
