摘要
螺纹钢(钢种20MnSi)生产时钢坯在轧制过程中出现鳞片状缺陷。通过对事故轧件的金相检验、硫印检验及化学成分分析并追溯工艺条件查找产生事故的原因,最终获得引起该缺陷的原因是钢坯中硫元素富集,造成加热工序出现“热脆”,导致轧制过程出现质量事故。
The defect of surface exfoliate of 20MnSi billet took place during its rolling. By means of metallographic examination, sulfur printing test, chemical analysis as well as technological analysis, reasons to cause the defect were determined. Due to sulfur gathering in billet surface, hot shortness occurred in heating process and the defect of exfoliate took place during billet rolling.
