摘要
介绍了洗涤式金属填料空气过滤器的结构及除尘机理。研究了化纤制造厂长丝车间喷洒化纤油剂形成的油雾的特性,其粒径范围为1~3μm。在对大气尘过滤试验结果进行整理分析的基础上,对采用洗涤式金属填料空气过滤器去除油雾的可行性进行了分析。在喷淋溶液中添加表面活性剂后,对于粒径为1μm的尘粒,在迎面风速为1.5m/s、淋水密度为2.36ks/(m^2·s)的条件下,过滤效率由40%左右上升至70%左右。在迎面风速为2.8m/s、淋水密度为2.36kg/(m^2·s)条件下,过滤效率由30%左右上升至60%左右。
The structure and dusting mechanism of wash-type metal filler air filter are introduced. The characteristics of oil mist for size of 1 - 3μm produced by finishing oil for polyester staple fiber are studied. Based on the analysis of test result on filtration of airborne particle, the feasibility on removal of oil mist by using wash-type metal filler air filter is analyzed. After addition of surface active agent into sprinkling solution, for particle of 1μm size, the filtration rate has increased from 40% to 70% approximately under the condition of head wind velocity of 1.5 m/s and sprinkling density of 2.36 kg/( m^2 · s), and the filtration rate has increased from 30% to 60% approximately under the condition of head wind velocity of 2.8 m/s and sprinkling density of 2.36 kg/(m^2 · s).
