摘要
本文采用大变形刚塑性有限元法成功地模拟了球形件胀形过程,分析了材料参数对胀形件厚度分布的影响。模拟结果与实验结果进行了比较。
The Process of hemispherical punch stretch is succeessfully investigated by a large rigid-plastic finite element simulation. The effects of the material parameters on the stretch process and the unvniformity in the distribution of the thickness of specimen have been studied. Theo-retically calculated results are in agreement with experimental results.
