摘要
本文将结合JSG-Ⅰ型CO_2激光切割机的研制和使用实践,在剖析CO_2激光切割非金属材料的物理过程与大量切割试验数据的基础上,阐述基于高斯光束输出动特性的调焦原理与方法。分析了在激光功率和材料特性一定的条件下,调焦、切割速度、压缩气体成份与压力对切割深宽比、热影响区及切口光滑度的影响和相互关系。
This paper gives many experimental data on eutting non-metal material and analyses the cutting process of non-metal materials by carbon-dioxide laser, with a dioscription of development and applications of type JSG-1 earbon-dioxide laser cutting maehine, proposing the principle and method of focuSing so, cording to dynamic characteristics of Gaussian beam output. It discusses the relations of focusing, cutting speed, compressed gas components and pressure, cutting depth-width ratio, heat, effect region, kerr smoothness with the given laser power and material characteristies.
