摘要
上海电网随着５００ｋＶ网络及电源的建设，及时提出并实施了２２０ｋＶ网络的解环运行，贯彻了电网运行的“分层分区”和避免电磁环同的原则，同时也提高了整个电网的安全水平。
With the construction of power plants and 500kV power is put forward and carcuit operation of 220kV network is put forward and carried out,the principle of diselectric circulation.Thus the security level of the whole power network is improved.
