摘要
自从先进制造技术被广泛应用以来,以组织因素为切入点探讨如何提高技术的实施效果一直是学术界的研究热点。本文通过对近20年来国内外相关文献的整理比较,综述了先进制造技术的应用层次和实施效果评价指标,分析了组织结构、工作特性、人员、组织文化和组织战略因素对先进制造技术实施效果的影响,并提出已有研究的局限和未来研究的建议。
Since advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) was broadly applied, the discussion on how to improve the implementation effect, which is based on the organizational factors, has been the focus in the field of academy, Through the collection and comparison of foreign and domestic relative literatures in the two decades, this paper reviews the evaluating indicators of application levels and implementation effect of AMT, analyses the impact of the organizational structure, job characteristic, human, organizational culture and organizational strategy factors on the implemenration effect, summarizes limitation and proposes suggestions for future study,
