摘要
在分析了三段式梯形机构对汽车转向特性的影响后,建立了高、低侧倾中心情况下,车身侧倾角与左、右车轮偏转角的函数关系,通过计算表明,梯形机构与侧倾中心一起决定着转向特性。
The roiling pull of steering system is one of the importment factors which influence the rolling steady steering character. Based on the analysis of the three-segment trapezoid mechanism's influence to the steering characteristic of vehicle, this paper put forward the functional relationship between body roll angle and wheel steering angle of left and right tire, under the condition of high and lower roll center. By the calculation of sample, the conclusion is that the trapezoid mechanism and the roll center decide the character and degree of rolling, the high roll center results in the understeering and the lower roll center results in the oversteering. During the design time, to adjust the structural parameters of trapezoid mechanism is important to the roll character of vehicle, but the position of roll center is more important.
