摘要
果蔬的热导率是农业生产加工领域中重要的热物性参数。传统测量方法存在许多难以克服的困难,造成测试数据离散度大,难以有效指导生产实际。阐述了一种新型热探针测试系统的测量原理、测控电路和采取的抗干扰措施,试验数据证明该系统用于测试果蔬热导率的准确性和可靠性,具有良好的应用前景。
The thermal conductivities of vegetables and fruits are important thermophysical parameters in agricultural industry process. And the traditional measurement methods are not satisfie because the data of measurement are so different in every test that they are difficult to direct the industrial process quite well. In this paper the measurement principles and circuit and antiinterference means of the thermal probe measurement system are introduced in detail. The experimental results show clearly that this method is accurate, reliabie and promising in measuring the thermal conductivities of vegetables and fruits.
