摘要
为了节约用水,对住宅区的分质排水和城市污水厂的污水(中水)进行处理回用是较为可行的方法.膜分离技术是进行中水回用的有效方法之一,但膜容易被污染,造成通量下降.为此,研究了自制的耐污染Al2O3-聚砜复合膜在中水处理中的应用.分析了操作压力、水温、操作时间和膜清洗对水通量的影响,并对产水水质进行了测试.结果表明,该复合膜的水通量随着操作压力的提高而增大,在相同操作压力下,复合膜的水通量要高于聚砜膜的水通量;复合膜在操作24 h后水通量保持较高;随着水温的升高,复合膜的水通量逐渐加大;适当的清洗工艺可使复合膜具有较长的使用寿命;产水水质达到生活杂用水的水质标准.
For saving water resources, the treatment and reuse of sewage in residential districts and city sewage plants are technically feasible. Membrane separation is one of the effective means for reuse of sewage. But the permeation flux of the membrane tends to become smaller owing to its pollution. This paper presents the appli- cation of a self-made fouling-resistant alumina-polysulfone composite membrane in sewage treatment. The influ- ences of operation pressure, water temperature, operation time and membrane cleaning on the permeation flux are researched ; the quality of the water after treatment is analysed. The results show that the permeation flux of the composite membrane increases with the operation pressure;under the same pressure the permeation flux of the composite membrane is higher than that of the polysulfone; after 24 hours' running, the high permeation flux of the composite membrane is holded;the permeation flux increases with the water temperature;the life of the composite membrane can be longer with suitable cleaning process. The quality of the water after treatment meets the standard of car-washing.
