摘要
针对现有资源均衡模型的不足,提出一种改进的资源均衡模型.即选择资源过度分配最严重的时段作为优先调整时段;在调整工序时不但考虑工序的时间属性,还综合考虑其经济属性和施工属性;在确定可调整量时, 全面考虑工序的限定和制约因素,摒除其中的虚假时差成分.并用Visual C++语言编制了相应程序.最后,通过一个例子阐明了改进模型的特点.
An improved network-planning-based resources leveling model is presented. Firstly, the period of time, during which resources are most excessively allocated, is chosen for resource leveling. Then activity is adjusted considering not only job's time attribute but also the economic and constructional nature. When adjust- able amount for a job is calculated, limits on the activity and some constraints are analyzed to eliminate job's virtual float. Furthermore, an improved resource leveling model is built to solve the problem and some concrete operational steps are given. The function of the improved model is programmed in Visual C + + language. Finally, a case study is carried out to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed model.
