摘要
目的:了解中学教师的压力状况,探讨压力与心理健康的关系。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自行编制的教师压力事件问卷对1012名中学教师进行问卷调查。结果:有97·4%的中学教师感觉自己承受着压力,其中76·6%(776/1012)的教师有较大以上的压力,93·2%的教师认为压力对自己有负面影响。压力主要来源于不合理的社会期望和学生心理与行为问题等方面,压力总分与SCL-90总分成0·42的正相关(P<0·01)。结论:缓解压力是促进教师心理健康的重要途径。
Objective: To investigate the status of teacher's stress in middle school, and the relationship between stress & mental health. Methods: 1012 middle school teachers were assessed with the self-designed " teacher's stress questionnaire" and the " Symptom Check List 90" ( SCL-90) . Results: The teachers were under great stress, which mainly came from social expectation, demanding of dealing with behavior problems of their students in current administrative system, and the family affair. The stress and the total score of SCL-90 had positive correlation (r = 0. 42, P 〈0. 01) . Conclusion: It is meaningful to improve the teacher's mental health by reducing their stress.
