摘要
研究表明,许多不同类型和种属的病原微生物利用脂筏结构介导进入细胞,完成转运和复制。对脂筏在病原微生物侵入细胞中的作用进行了研究,有助于探索新的抗病原微生物进入细胞的途径。
Lipid rafts are membrane structure enriched in cholesterol and sphingolipids with lipoid ordered membrane microdomains.The structure and component of lipid rafts is used of reciprocity and comformational change between proteins.Lipid rafts are associated with signal transduction and cellar proteins movement. Increasing amount of reports demonstrate that many pathogens and toxins preferentially utilize rafts for interacting with their target cells, entry, replication and infection.The progress in understanding the roles of lipid rafts in pathogen infections may facilitate the development of new strategies for anti-infections.
