摘要
文章简单要介绍了多元政府混合贷款的含义及对其评价的传统方法，指出了传统评价方法的缺陷，提出用群组ＡＨＰ理论构造新的评价模型。在专家的选择及评价上采用问卷测试的客观内容来计算各专家权重。
In this pater, we introduce the concept and the traditional evaluation method of multiplex foreign government mixing loans, show the disadvantages of traditional evaluation method, set up the new evaluation model with the theory of group AHP. On electing and evaluating the quality of experts, we use testing method to caculati experts' weight. On treating the result of experts, we use the technology of intormation post-treatment with different weight specialists'data.
