摘要
用户宏程序在数控加工中有着广泛的应用。由于宏程序中使用了各种变量、运算指令和控制指令,大大的简化了程序,而且可以通过设置不同的变量,实现对简单立体型面的手工编程加工,并通过改变参数,实现粗、精加工和达到所要求的加工精度。
User's macro-program is widely used in NC machining. As various variable, operation order, control instruction are used in user macro-program, the program was greatly simplified. By setting different varia- bles, the machining of the circular truncated cone is performed through manual programming. And by varying the parameters, rough and finish machining, the required machining accuracy are realized.
