硅烷修饰滤纸固相微萃取-室温磷光法测定水样中7,8-苯并喹啉 被引量:4

Determination of Trace 7,8-Benzoquinoline in Water Samples by Solid Phase Extraction-Room Temperature Phosphorescence with Silane Modified Paper Matrix

摘要 将二甲基氯硅烷键联到滤纸上,修饰后的滤纸具有较强的疏水性和热稳定性。7,8-苯并喹啉能选择性的吸附在修饰滤纸上,发射较强的室温磷光,激发波长和发射波长分别是267nm和502nm。不经固相萃取,7,8-苯并喹啉的线性范围为2.0×10^-6~4.0×10^-4mol/L;5次测定的相对标准偏差为2.68%;绝对检出限为1.65ng/spot。将二甲基氯硅烷键合滤纸作为固相萃取膜,直接富集水溶液中的7,8-苯并喹啉,经固相萃取后的线性范围为8×10^-9~8×10^-6mol/L;检出限可降低至0.48μg/L;5次测定的相对标准偏差为4.54%。将修饰滤纸直接用于环境水样中7,8-苯并喹啉的监测分析,加标回收率达到87.5%~98.8%。 A novel coating method for coupling dimethylchorosilane (DMCS) on the surface of filter paper was developed. By using DMCS coated filter paper, the determination method for 7,8-benzoquinoline based on the solid-matrix phosphorescence was studied. This study shows the low luminescence background, high hydrophobic and thermal stability. When 7,8-benzoquinoline was absorbed on the coated paper, the strong phosphorescence emission was observed. The excitation and emission wavelengths of the phosphorescence were 267 nm and 502 nm respectively. The results obtained under optimum conditions show that the linear-range is2.0×10^-6~4.0×10^-4mol/L and the absolute detection limit is 1. 65 ng. The method is simple, selective and reliable to extract 7,8- benzoquinoline. The paper was used as solid phase extraction (SPE) membrane to extract 7,8-benzoquinoline from water samples. After SPE, the limit of detection was found to the 2.7 × 10^-9 mol/L. The method was applied for the enrichment and determination of 7,8-benzoquinoline in river water sample. The recovery was between 87.5% and 98.8%.
