摘要
目的观察微创置管引流注药联合全身化疗治疗恶性胸腹水及心包积液的疗效。方法B超定位后,将Arrow中心静脉导管植入胸腹腔或心包内,引流积液后化疗。结果治疗30d CR率90%,60d CR率85%,90d CR率80%,180d CR率75%。疗效满意。结论微创置管引流注药联合全身化疗治疗恶性胸腹水及心包积液,能明显提高患者的生活质量、延长生存期,恶性胸腹水及心包积液患者仍应积极治疗,不能放弃。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the overall chemical therapy of malignant chest - ascites and pericardiac amassed succus by the use of tiny traumatic duct drainage and medicined duct. Methods After the orientation of ultrasonic B,the core vein catheter Arrow was planted in chest - abdomen cavity or pericardia to drain the amassed succus for chemical therapy. Results CR rate got to 90% after 30d treatment,85% 60d, 80% 90d, and 75% 180d, the curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusion The overall chemical therapy of malignant chest - ascites and pericardiac amassed succus by the use of tiny traumatic duct drainage and medicined duct will raise the sufferers＇living standard and survival span,the sufferers with malignant chest - ascites or pericardiac amassed suecus should coorperate the treatment instead of giving up.
